At The Photos Babes, we understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. We strive to process and ship all orders within 5 business days from receiving your order. Please note that during peak times we may require additional processing time, please check here to see our up to date turnaround times.

We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays. We ship across Australia using Australia Post. Our standard shipping fee is a fixed $8.99 Australia wide.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online.
All packages are dispatched from Werribee, Victoria, delivery times will vary based on the chosen shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery time and 'The Photo Babes' has no control over shipment delays once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number and they will help resolve the issue with you. All our products are packaged securely, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@thephotobabes.com.au so we can assist you accordingly.
